 \to Mass of tin = 255 g

 \large \bold{ \underline{ \underline{ \: Explanation : \:  \:  \: }}}

 \to Silver : tin = 2 : 3

 \to tin = 3/5 of original

 \to original = 425 g

 \to tin = 3/5 x 425 = 3 x 85 = 255 g

Hence , mass of the tin in 425 g of alloy is 255 g
