Dyne is CGS unit. Newton is in SI unit. 

Therefore by definition of force we have: f=ma [2nd Law] 

[MLT^-2] 

Now ratio of si to cgs: 

metres x kilogram x seconds / centimeters x gram x seconds 

100cm x 1000 gm / 1 cm x 1 gm 

Therefore, ratio is 10^5 : 1
