in those three sections is 270.
From Section C, if 20 students
are shifted to section A and

the common multiple be x

therefore,

2x + 3x + 4x = 270

9x = 270

x = 30

Substitute 'x = 30 ' in each section of class VI

So,

A= 60

B= 90

C=120

If ...,

20 students from section C is shifted to section A

students in section A = 80

and shifted 10 students to section B

then,

Section A = 80

Section B = 100

Section C = 90

Therefore the new ratio will be 8 : 10 : 9
