2pi r(r+h)/2pi r h=3/2
(r+h)/h=3/2
r+h=3h/2
2r+2h=3h
2r=h
now,
2*22/7*r*(r+2r)=14784
2*22/7*3r^2=14784
r^2=14784*7/(2*22*3)=784
hence r=root of 784=28,  so h=2r=56
now,
vol.=pi r^2 h
     =22/7*28^2*56=137984cm^3
