the ratio of ten's digit to one's digit=2:3
therefore
ten's digit=2x
one's digit=3x
therefore the no = 10(2x)+3x
=23x
the interchanged no=10(3x)+2x
=32x
it is given that if 27 is added to a number the digits are interchanged
therefore
23x+27=32x
27=32x-23x
27=9x
x=3
the no=23x=23×3=69
