Now circumference of circle 2πr
Circumference for 3r= 2 x π x 3r
=6πr
Circumference for wheel of rad 4r= 2 x π x 4r
=8πr
Now required ratio = circumference of 3r Rad/circumference of 4r rad
= 6πr/8πr
=3/4
So ratio=3:4
