A:B=3:5 [10 YEARS AGO]

A/B=3/5

A=3X ;B=5X

AFTER 10 YEARS

A=3X+10 ;B=5X+10

GIVEN,

      PRESENT AGES RATIO IS 2/3

i.e,,,,   A/B=2/3

  3X+10/5X+10=2/3

3[3X+10]=2[5X+10]

9X+30=10X+20

X=10

PRESENT AGE OF A IS=20years

PRESENT AGE OF B IS=30years
