Let the 2 squares be S1 a d S2.

Area of S1/ Area of S2= 9/16

Area of square = (side)²

Thus,

Side 1/ Side 2= √9 /√16 = 3/4

Thus,

Perimeter ratio= 4 × side/ 4× side= 12/16
