the ratio of the base of a triangle to the altitude is 4:3 and its area is 1350cm.find the length of the altitude.

Let common multiple be X
Therefore..
Base=4x
Height=3x

A.T.G.C
1350=1/2*4x*3x
1350=1/2*12x^2
1350*2/12=x^2
225=x^2
x=√225
x=15cm

Height=3x=3*15=45cm
