Answer:

let \: the \: length \: and \: breadth \: be \: 3x \: and \: 2x \\ perimeter \:  = 2(length \:  + breadth) \\ 120 = 2(2x + 3x) \\ 120 = 2 \times 5x \\ 120 = 10x \\ x =  \frac{120}{10}  \\  x = 12 \\  \\  \\  \\  \\  \\ length \:  =  \: 2 \times 12 = 24 \: c m \\ breadth \:  = 3 \times 12 = 36 \: cm

Answer:

In parallelogram :

Given :

  • breadth : length = 2 : 3
  • Let ratio constant be x
  • Length = 3x
  • Breadth = 2x
  • Perimeter of parallelogram = 120 cm

Solution :

  • Perimeter = 2 length + 2 breadth
  • 120 = 2 ( l + b )
  • 120 = 2 ( 2x + 3x )
  • 120 = 2 ( 5x )
  • 120 = 10x
  • x = 120/10
  • x = 12

Length = 3x = 3(12) = 36 cm

Breadth = 2x = 2(12) = 24 cm
