The ratio of the C.P. and S.P. of an
article is 20:21. What is the gain

according to question :-

let :

CP = 20x

SP = 21x

gain = 21x-20x = 1x

now gain % = gain / CP * 100 = x/20x * 100 = 5%

gain % = 5%
