The ratio of the costs of two houses is 4.3 and the cost of the second house is
420.000. Let's find the cost of the first house to the cost of the first house
was 70.000 more, then let's find the ratio of their costs.​

F:S= 4:3

2nd = 420,000

First = 4/3*420,000 = 560,000

First + 70,000 = 560,000+ 70,000 = 630,000

So the new ratio,

630,000 : 420,000 = 3:2
