let the diagonal of the rectangle be 5x and breadth of rectangle be 3x

by Pythagoras theorem we get length of rectangle =4x

perimeter of rectangle= 2(length + breadth)

=2(4x+3x)

14x

hence perimeter of rectangle is 14x
