Let the diameters be 3x and 4x

Circumference of 1circle =2πr = 2π × 3x

Circumference of 2circle=2π4x=2π × 4x

Ratio =(2π × 3x)/(2π × 4x)

Ratio = 3 : 4


therefore the ratio of their circumferences is 3 : 4.
