Solution:-

Let their income be x and expenditure be y.

Given:-

A's income = 5x

B's income = 7x

And

A's expenditure = 3y

B's expenditure = 5y

They saves 2000 Rupee.

We know that,

Income - Expenditure = Savings.

A.T.Q.

5x - 3y = 2000________(1)

7x - 5y = 2000________(2)

Multiplying eq(1) by 5 and eq (2) by 3.

=) 25x - 15y = 10,000

=) 21x - 15y = 6000

_________________

=) 4x = 4000

=) x = 1000

Now,

Substituting [ x = 1000 ] in eq (1). we get,

=) 5 ( 1000 ) - 3y = 2000

=) 3y = 5000 - 2000

=) 3y = 3000

=) y = 1000

Hence,

A's Income = 5x

=) A's Income = 5000.
