the ratio of the income of of gigi and jojo is 4:3 and ratio of their expenditure is 3 :2.if each person saves rs 2500, find their incomes.

Let,

Income of gigi= 4x

Income of jojo = 3x

Expenses of gigi = 3x

Expenses of jojo = 2x

Gigi & Jojo both saves ₹2500

then we find the value of x through this eq.

(4x-2500)/(3x-2500) = 3/2

8x - 5000 = 9x - 7500

x= 2500

Now put the values and find INCOME

Income of Gigi = 4x = 4 × 2500 = ₹10000

Income of Jojo = 3x = 3 × 2500= ₹7500
