Let the length of rectangle be 4x and the breadth of rectangle be 3x metre.
Area of rectangle - Length x Breadth
1728=4x×3x
144=x2
x=12m
Now, Length = 48 m
Breadth = 36 m
Perimeter of rectangle = 2(Length+Breadth)
2(48+36)
=168m
