Answer:

Let the lengths be 3x and 5x. Then the area is given by

(1/2)(3x+5x)(12)=720

8x=720/6=120

x=120/8=15

sides are 3×15=45 and 5×15=75

I have always told that whenever ratio is given, there is a missing number which has to be found out. In the present case it is x which has been found to be 15.
