Given :  The ratio of the marketing expenses of a product to the manufacturing expenses is 1:2.

The marketing expenses are 1 lac

the total revenue of the company is 34 lacs.

To Find :  the profit percentage

Solution:

The ratio of the marketing expenses of a product to the manufacturing expenses is 1:2.

The marketing expenses are 1 lac

=> manufacturing expenses are 2 lac

Total Expenses = 1 + 2 = 3 lac

Revenue = 34 lacs

Profit = 34 - 3  = 31  lacs

Profit %  = (31/3) * 100

= 1,033.33  %

the profit percentage is   1,033.33  %
