Let the sides be 3x,6x and 7x

and shortest side=15cm

then,

3x=15cm

x=5cm

therefore,

other 2 sides are 30cm(6x) and 35cm(7x)

semi perimeter=sum of all sides/2

semi perimeter=(35cm+30cm+15cm)/2

semi perimeter=80cm/2

semi perimeter=40cm

hope it helps
