The ratio of the measures of two complementary angles is7:8. What is the measure of the smaller angle?

Hey mate here's Ur solution,

let the ratio be x

then 7:8 = 7x and 8x

complementary angle = 90°

7x + 8x = 90

15x = 90

x =  \frac{90}{15}

x = 6

7x = 7 \times 6 = 42

Ans -> measurements of smaller angle is 42°
