Answer:

\huge{\bold{\green{Solution}}}

Let total students in school is 1000

Number of Boys = 3/5 ×1000

= 600

Number of Girls = 2/5 ×1000

=400

Number of Scholarship holder boys= 600×20/100 = 120

Number of scholarship holder girls=

400 ×25/100 = 100

Total students got Scholarship = 120+100= 220

So number of students not got scholarship = 1000-220 = 780

Percentage = 780/1000× 100= 78%

Solution

Let total students in school is 1000

Number of Boys = 3/5 ×1000

= 600

Number of Girls = 2/5 ×1000

Number of Scholarship holder boys= 600×20/100 = 120

Number of scholarship holder girls=

400 ×25/100 = 100

Total students got Scholarship = 120+100= 220

So number of students not got scholarship = 1000-220 = 780
