Let there be x number of females

So,

Male : Female

=> 115 : x

=> 5 : 3 = 115 : x

=> 115 × \frac{3}{5}

=> 23 × 3

=> 69

\therefore{Number \: of \: female \: workers \: = \: 69}

Hello dear

According to the question we know that the ratio of the number of male and female workers in a textile Mill is 5:3 and there are 115 male workers

we need to find female workers?

let the number of female workers is Q

now, ratio will be 155:Q

then, 5:3 = 115:Q

we can say that 5:3 = 5/3, 115:Q = 115/Q

now,

 \frac{5}{3 } = \frac{115}{q}

q \: = \frac{3}{5} \times 115

23×3 = 69

\bold{Hence\:solved}

So The number of female workers is \boxed{69}
