The ratio of the numerator and the denominator of a rational number is 2:7 and
if 4 is added to numerator and 2 is subtracted from denominator, the rational
number becomes 10/19. Find the original rational number.​

2x+4/7x-2 = 10/19

2x/7x = 10-4/19+2

2x/7x = 6/21
