Wasim is 12 years younger than Rihana.

Rihana’s age after 7 years will be 85.

So Rihana’s present age is=85–7

=78 years.

Wasim is 12 years younger than Rihana.

So Wasim’s present age is=78–12

=66 years.

Ratio of Manoj and Wasim is=3:11

Wasim=66/11

=6

So Manoj’s present age is=3*6

=18 years.
