Answer :-

Ratio of their ages is 2 : 3 : 5.

Average of their ages is 30 years.

Than,

 \frac{a + b + c}{2}  = 30 \\  \\ a + b + c = 60

Input ratios :

2x + 3x + 5x = 60 \\  \\ 10x = 60 \\  \\ x = 6 \: years

Eldest person's age = 5x = 30 years

Youngest person's age = 2x = 12 years

Difference of them = 30 - 12 = 18 years

Answer:

Difference between the age of eldest and youngest person = 27 yrs

Step-by-step explanation:

Ages of three person in ratio = 2:3:5

Let the ages of three persons a,b and c be 2x,3x and 5x respectively.

Average age = 30 years

2x+3x+5x /3 = 30

10x = 90

X = 9.

a = 2x = 18 yrs -------- youngest

b = 3x = 27 yrs

c = 5x = 45 yrs --------- eldest

Difference between age of eldest and youngest person = c-a

= 45-18

= 27 yrs
