let present age of mother is 7x and of daughter is 1x
4 years ago
7x - 4/ 1x - 4 = 19/1
7x-4= 19x - 76
x = 6
hence current age of mom is 7*6 = 42 and after four years will be 42+4= 46

Let present age of mother be 7x
and daughter be x

Before 4 years

mother age :- ( 7x - 4 )
daughter age :- ( x - 4 )

 \frac{7x - 4}{x - 4} = \frac{19}{1}

7x - 4 = 19x - 76

- 4 + 76 = 19x - 7x

72 = 12x

6 = x

So,

Daughter's present age is x = 6 years
Mother's present age is 7x = 7 × 6 = 42 years

After 4 years

Mother's age will be

( 7x + 4 )

That is

42 + 4 = 46years
