Ratio of two house = 16:23

multiply by common factor x

the prices will be 16x & 23x

AFTER TWO YEARS

first house increaed by 10 % = 0.1*16x

price of the house =16x+1.6x= 17.6x

increase in other house= Rs. 477

price = 23x+477

17.6x%2F%2823x%2B477%29=11%2F20

cross multiply

352x=11(23x+477)

352x=253x+5247

352x-253x=5247

99x=5247

x=53

Price of one house= 53*16 =Rs. 848

price of second house = Rs. 1219
