Let the height =5x

Lateral surface area of cylinder =2pirh

4620 cm^2=2*22/7*3x*5x

4620*7/2*22=15x^2

2310*7/22=15x^2

7*105=15x^2

7*105/15=x^2

7*7=x^2

7^2=x^2

7=x

Then, radius = 3*7=21

Height =5*7=35

Volume of cylinder = pir^2h

=22/7*21*21*35

=22*3*21*35

=66*735

=48510 cm^3
