zeborg: Let radius be 7x and height be 6x. Volume is given as 249π cm³. Compare the formula πr²h = 249π and put the value of r = 7x, h = 6x. You will get x³ = 1, so x = 1. Put this value in 7x and you will get the radius, and multiply it by 2 to get the diameter.
