$\longmapsto\tt{Let\:Length\:be=4x}$

As Given that Breadth of rectangle is 15 m . So ,

$\longmapsto\tt{3x=15}$

$\longmapsto\tt{x=\cancel\dfrac{15}{3}}$

$\longmapsto\tt{x=5}$

So , The Length is 20 m .

For Perimeter :

Using Formula :

$\longmapsto\tt\boxed{Perimeter\:of\:Rectangle=2(l+b)}$

Putting Values :

$\longmapsto\tt{2(20+15)}$

$\longmapsto\tt{2(35)}$

$\longmapsto\tt\bf{70\:m}$

For Area :

Using Formula :

$\longmapsto\tt\boxed{Area\:of\:Rectangle=l\times{b}}$

Putting Values :
