AS WE KNOW. ..
NITROGEN ARE DIATOMIC

SO , Cp/Cv for NITROGEN =1.40

I.e GAMMA =1.40

AND HELIUM IS MONOATOMIC

SO Cp/ Cv FOR HELIUM IS 1.67

I.e GAMMA =1.67

USE THE FORMULA OF VELOCITY OF SOUND

Vs= UNDERROOT OF GAMMA X R X T / MOLECULAR WEIGHT

FOR NITROGEN Vs=
UNDERROOT OF 1.40 X 8.31 x300 / 28

FOR HELIUM Vs=
UNDERROOT OF 1.67 X 8.31 X 300 / 4

TAKEN R = 8.31

BY SOLVING THIS YOU WILL GET THEIR RATIO

hope it will help you
