let radius of the hemisphere =r
square of its radius = r^2

ratio=(tsa of hemisphere)/radius ^2

=2*pi*r^2/r^2
=(2*22)/7
=44/7
=44:7

tsa of hemisphere is 3πr²

ratio=tsa of hemisphere/radius²

=3πr²/r²(r² gets canceled off)

=(3×22/7)

66/7=66:7
