TSA OF CYLINDER = 2πr(r+h)

CSA OF CYLINDER = 2πrh

r=10cm

h=15cm

RATIO = 2πr(r+h) : 2πrh

              r+h : h

               10+15 : 15

             25 : 15

           =   5 : 3
