The ratio of the weights on the moon and on the earth are in proportion. The weight of an object on the earth is 78kg andon the moon is 13kg. If anand weighs 45kg on earth, how much will he weigh on the moon?

78/13=6 therefore the the weights are in proportion 1:6 that means if. The weight on moon is 1 kg then the weight of earth will be 6 kg

Let the weight on Moon=x

Wheight on earth =45

x/45 = 1/6

x = 45/6

x = 7.5
