Let the sides be 4x, 5x and 3x.
By Ques,
   4x+5x+3x=60
or,12x=60
or, x=60/12
or, x=5
The sides are 4x=4X5=20cm, 5x=5X5=25cm, 3x=3X5=15cm
Longest side= 5x= 25

Let the sides be 4n, 5n and 3n
ATQ: 
4n+5n+3n=60
->,12n=60
-> n=60/12
-> n=5
The sides are
4n=4X5=20cm,
5n=5X5=25cm,
3n=3X5=15cm
Longest side= 5n= 25
