Sᴏʟᴜᴛɪᴏɴ :-

→ TSA : CSA = 4 : 3

→ 2πr(h + r) : 2πrh = 4 : 3

→ (h + r) : h = 4/3

→ (h+r) / h = 4/3

Now, we have given that, the sum of radius and height of the cylinder 12m.

So,

(h + r) = 12m .

Putting This value we get,

12/h = 4/3

→ 4h = 12*3

→ h = 3*3

h = 9m. (Ans.)

Putting This value now,

r + h = 12

→ r = 12 - h

→ r = 12 - 9

r = 3m. (Ans.)

Hence, Radius of the cylinder is 3m and height is 9m.

Answer:

Radius of cylinder is 3m and height is 9m

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the radius and height of the cylinder is r and h respectively

given that the ratio of total surface area to that of curved surface area is 4/3

2pie r(r+h)/2 pie rh =4/3

from here you will get

3r = h..........(1)

Given that the sum of radius and height of cylinder is 12 m

r + h = 12........(2)

put the value of h obtained in equation (1) in equation (2)

you get r = 3m and h = 9m.Plz follow me on brainly and thankyou
