let the side be in term of 'x' :
Thus , 2:3 = 2x : 3x

Now, perimeter of parallelogram = 2(l+b)
i.e., 50 =2(2x+3x)
25 =5x
or, x = 5
Thus the base of parallelogram is 3x. (larger side ) That is , 15cm .
Thus,
Area of paralellogram =
base multipied by height = 15 x 10 =

=150 sq. cm
