Given,

  • Adjacent sides =5:3
  • Perimeter =48cm
  • Length of each side=?
  • Opposite sides of parallelogram are equal,
  • Thus, 3rd and 4th side =5:3
  • Let length of sides be=x
  • Perimeter of parallelogram =sum of all sides
  • 48=5x−3x+5x+3x
  • 48=16x
  • x= 1648
  • x=3cm
  • Length of 1 and 3rd side =15cm
  • Length of 2nd and 4th side 3×3=9cm
  • Length are =15cm.9cm,15cm,9cm

Required answer,

  • Length are =15cm.9cm,15cm,9cm
