Here is your answer....

Given,

Ratio = 5:1

Let us take one angle = 5x

other angle = x

Sum of Complementary angles = 90°

5x + x = 90°

6x = 90°

x = 90/6

x = 15

Angle one = 5x = 5×15 = 75°

Angle two = x = 15°

let the angles be 5x and 1x

∴5x+1x=90 degree  [ complementary =90 degree]

6x =90

x=90/6 = 15 degree     ANS............[2]

∴5x=5*15=75 degree  ANS.............[1]
