The ratio of two number is 3:8 and their different is 115

3x+5x=115

x=115/8

x=14.375

3x=14.375*3=43.125

5x=5*14.375=71.875

3x & 8x

3x-8x=115
-5x=115
x= 115/-5
x= -23
