Here's the solution :-
Let the numbers be 2x and 3x respectively.
According to question,
(2x+8) / (3x+8) = 10/13
=> 13(2x+8) = 10(3x+8)
=> 26x + 104 = 30x + 80
=> 30x-26x = 104-80
=> 4x = 24
=> x = 24/4 = 6
So the two no. s are :-
2x = 2 x 6 = 12
3x = 3 x 6 = 18
