The ratio of two sides of a parallelogram is 3 : 5. If the perimeter is 6 cm, find the lengths of the sides of the parallelogram. ​

So we know parallelogram has equal sides so let the sides be

3x and 5x

so perimeter = 48

⇒2(3x + 5x)= 48

⇒8x = 24

⇒x = 3

so the sides are 9 cm,15 cm,9 cm,15 cm
