Opposite sides of parallelogram are equal,

Thus, 3rd and 4th side =5:3

Let length of sides be=x

Perimeter of parallelogram =sum of all sides

144 = 5x+3x+5x+3x

144 = 16x

x = \frac{144}{16}

x = 9
