We know supplementary angle has = 180°

6x + 4x = 180°

10x = 180°

X = 180/10

x = 18°

A = 18 × 6 = 108°

B = 18 × 4 = 72°

Hope it's helps to u ✌️✌️

Answer :

›»› The two supplementary angles is 108° and 72° respectively.

Given :

  • The ratio of two supplementary angles is 6:4.

To Find :

  • The angle of a supplementary angle.

Solution :

Let us assume that, the two supplementary angles is 6x and 4x respectively.

As we know that

The sum of two angles of a supplementary angle is 180°.

→ 6x + 4x = 180

→ 10x = 180

→ x = 180/10

→ x = 18/1

x = 18

Therefore,

The two supplementary angle will be,

  • 6x = 6 * 18 = 108°.
  • 4x = 4 * 18 = 72°.

Hence, the two supplementary angles is 108° and 72° respectively.

Verification :

The sum of two angles of a supplementary angle is 180°.

→ 108 + 72 = 180

180 = 180

Clearly LHS = RHS

Here, both the conditions satisfy, so our answer is correct.

Hence Verified !
