The ratio of zinc and copper in a brass piece is 13:7. How much zinc will be there in 100 kg of such a piece?

therefore zinc = 13x

copper=7x

total=20x

for 100kg

20x=100kg

x=5kg

zinc=13x=5*13=65kg
