The ratio of zinc and copper in an alloy is 7:9. if th weight of copper.in alloy is 11.7 kg .com.find the weight of zinc in alloy

Zn:Cu=7:9
Cu=11.7 kg
7/9=Zn/11.7
7*11.7/9= Cu
Cu=9.256kg
