the rational number -a by -b lies need to right or left of the number line where a smaller than zero and b is greater than zero

it will like to the left of the no line.
-a/-b=a/b.
since a is less than zero and b is greater than zero so the rational number will be negative.
and all negative rational no lies toward left of zero.
