The denominator of the rational number when factorised, should be of the form 5^n*2^m.

For eg

7/800 =7/(2^4*5)

(7*5^3)/(2^4*5^4)

=875/(5*2)^4

=875/10^4

=875/10000

=0.0875.

Hope it helps...
