Rational numbers can be represented on the number line. So, the statement is True.

  • Rational numbers are a type of Real numbers. Rational numbers have a special type of form  \frac{p}{q} , where p and q are two integers which are coprime to each other and q\neq 0 .
  • On the number line, positive numbers are placed on the right side of 0 and the negative numbers are placed on the left side of 0.
  • For any integer, we can easily place them on the number line.
  • In the case of proper or improper fractions, we can express the number in decimal form. Then we can predict the number's position on the number line.
